Man in infamous Enumclaw horse-sex case faces new charges in Tennessee
A FARMER who arranged a horse-sex party that led to the death of a pal has been arrested for new acts of bestiality.
James Tait, 58, is accused of making more than 100 videos of men having sex with farm animals at his ranch in Tennessee.
James Tait organised parties at a farm for his friends to have sex with horses.
Four years ago he escaped with a fine after arranging for a friend to have sex with a horse.
Kenneth Pinyan, 45, died from internal injuries after his encounter with the beast.
But authorities in Enumclaw, Washington, USA, were only able to charge Tait with trespass as they did not have any laws against bestiality.
It later emerged Tait, who admitted having sex with a fully-grown stud horse, had made scores of sick videos at his ranch.
He was arrested last week at his farm in Maury County, Tennessee, after a tip-off from a member of the public.
Tait allegedly engaged in sex acts with a horse repeatedly over a span of several months, according to his arrest warrant.
Maury County Detective Terry Chandler said: “They’ve been having sex with full-grown horses.
“Tait has been here for four years, and it looks like it has been going on for some time.”
Detective Chandler said Tait lived at the farm with Kenny Thomason, 44, and owned 13 horses, Shetland ponies, goats and dogs.
The detective said it was suspected people had been having sex with the ponies and dogs, as well as the larger horses.
Videos of bestiality were found at the farm and police suspect it was used as a location for others to have sex with animals.
Tait and Thomason are being held on £60,000 bond, and police said further charges are expected.
Police chief Enoch George said: “This is one of the most upsetting cases I’ve ever dealt with.“ ( source: seattletimes )
